The appointment of the new Chief Executive of Foras na Gaeilge was discussed at a Foras na Gaeilge board meeting today. The board has endorsed the outcome of the interview process and Seán Ó Coinn, current Deputy CEO and Director of Educational Services, will be put forward for approval to NSMC.

The appointment will be subject to the approval of NSMC and to agreement of contractual matters.
