5 Types of Special Education Resources from Gaeloideachas

Gaeloideachas’ vision is that high-quality Irish-medium immersion education should be available to every parent and guardian who would choose it for their child. We support naíonraí and Irish-medium primary and post-primary schools in their work to be fully inclusive and to cater for all children, no matter what their educational needs might be.

 

Gaeloideachas has developed a range of aids and resources to support children with special educational needs, their parents, and their teachers in partnership with AsIAm and Middletown Centre for Autism. You can find all of these resources and more to support children with special educational needs on www.gaeloideachas.ie. Here are a few examples:

Gaeloideachas, in partnership with COGG, will be holding a Conference on Special Educational Needs in the Mullingar Park Hotel, Co. Westmeath, on 24 November.
